Payment for Services
- We are committed to providing your pet with the best possible care and would be happy to discuss our fees with you at any time. Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship.
- Payment is due at the time of service. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
- We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All credit/debit cards and checks must be verified with proper identification from the owner of the card or check. Federal laws prohibit us making exceptions.
- When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expenses strike as well. Kaua'i North Shore Animal Clinic understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through CareCredit and Scratchpay for invoices over $250.
CareCredit
It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments if you spend more than $250. If your balance is paid in 6 months, it’s interest free. You can apply online at: www.CareCredit.com.
